"I feel sad when I see children my age playing and going to school while I'm at home unable to move because of my illness." Abdul Qader was diagnosed with cancer a year ago. His health condition is deteriorating without treatment. Abdul Qader is one of the thousands of cancer patients in northern Syria who can't have treatment. It got particularly worse after the borders with Turkey were closed after the earthquake leaving patients to their destiny. In cooperation with the Health Directorate, oncology centers, and the Medical Office in Bab Al-Hawa Border Crossing, we evaluated the current situation and discussed the best and most sustainable solutions to save the lives of cancer patients. The " Save Them" campaign aims to provide radiographic equipment ( eg. pet ct) which may cost two million dollars with installation. We also aim to secure chemotherapy doses for three months which will cost half a million dollars. The " Save Them" campaign aims to provide the necessary equipment for cancer treatment in northern Syria. It will save the lives of thousands of cancer patients who can't have treatment.
