To help children and young persons in need so that they succeed and contribute to family and society.

Established in 1902, Children's Aid Limited (CAL), formerly known as Children's Aid Society, is amongst Singapore’s oldest secular philanthropic organisations. Through its two services, Melrose Home and Melrose Care, CAL provides residential care and specialised therapies to support children and youths who have experienced adverse life circumstances such as abuse or neglect. CAL seeks to mitigate the impact of these circumstances so that the children and youths have better outcomes in terms of mental health, educational attainment and can engage in healthy relationships with peers.
