As part of the "Education" pillar of TAP Charity's H.E.L.P. manifesto (Health, Education, Livelihood, Psychosocial), we support "Education for All' vision of Mumbai-based Guruji Education Foundation.
The Guruji Education Foundation (GEF) works to find one hundred high-potential students annually to help in their holistic development, using education as a foundational block for their growth. We provide a bedrock of personal mentorship, financial assistance and any other resources, setting them up for success so that one day they might continue in our cycle of giving, inclusivity and change.
In 2023 TAP Charity contributed to 8% of GEF's budget. Thus TAP helps provide high-quality education to deserving students.
Total of 247 students were funded, 122 active. 22 students have repaid. 6 of them are now donors themselves to GEF.
