The Center is a welcoming place for our diverse LGBT community and it's supporters to find innovative services and fabulous cultural programs that lead to a stronger healthier community.
Over 100,000 people visit the SF LGBT Center each year.
• The Center supports hundreds of young people who have been rejected by their families. There are 1,500 LGBT youth living on the streets in San Francisco.
• The Center helps all members of our community find jobs with affirming employers. 70% of transgender people in San Francisco are unemployed.
• The Center is a home for our community: a place to lunch together, dance together, experience art together, mourn together and celebrate together.
