About this Giving Opportunity
LinkedIn’s legal department has provided more than 200,000 meals to feed the hungry in our community. Each holiday season, the Legal & Public Policy team in the Bay Area rolls up their sleeves to bake cookies, brownies, dog biscuits, and other delightful holiday treats. What happens to all these delicious creations? We host an annual bake sale, with 100% of the proceeds going to Second Harvest.
While the holidays can be a magical time for some, filled with festive gatherings, family traditions, and abundant food, for many it is a stark reminder of scarcity and struggle. Even in the affluent Silicon Valley, hunger will sit at too many tables this holiday season.
Second Harvest is now serving more people than ever before – an average of 500,000 individuals each month. With your support, every dollar donated can provide two nutritious meals for those in need, ensuring that everyone has access to the food they need to thrive, no matter their circumstances.
