About this Giving Opportunity

Giving Tuesday – that global day of compassion and support for our favorite nonprofits – is, once again, upon us. Our goal on December 3rd is to raise $40,000, and we’re excited to share that, for the second year in a row, one of our board members has generously pledged to help us get there by matching $20,000 in Giving Tuesday gifts. 

We know that when young people are connected with caring mentors, their outlook on life improves, their educational achievement improves, and their confidence grows. We know that when young people are connected with dedicated and caring mentors, their horizons broaden and their aspirations grow more bold and vivid. We have a waiting list of children who want and need the opportunities that we can provide. Your support will help us reach and inspire more young people in the Bay Area.
