Donated of $5,000.00Jefferson Elementary School in Omaha, Nebraska has proudly served the Omaha community since 1924 with a safe, nurturing environment for a diverse population of students in kindergarten through sixth grade. Jen Lochmiller, Instructional Facilitator, is raising $5,000 to help fund student field trips for the 2026-2027 school year.
"Due to unforeseen budget reduction, our school's funding has been cut in half. As a result, field trips - an essential extension of classroom learning - have been removed from our budget unless we are able to secure outside support.
Field trips provide students with meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that deepen understanding, build background knowledge, and create lasting mmenories.
For many of oure students, these experiences are opportunities they many not otherwise have. Your generosity would directly support transportation costs and admission fees, ensuring that all Jefferson students can continue to benefit from these enriching learning opportunities.
