In recognition of Mathematics and Statistics Awareness Month—and following our BIG Build fireside chat featuring Lisa Blackwell—we invite you to support Game of Genius: David Blackwell – His Math. Our Future, a feature‑length documentary that honors the life and legacy of Dr. David H. Blackwell.

Dr. Blackwell was one of the most influential mathematicians in American history and a foundational mind behind modern artificial intelligence and decision science. As the first African American inducted into the National Academy of Sciences, his groundbreaking work—including the independent development of dynamic programming—helped shape the Algorithmic Revolution and the Information Age. Today, his impact continues to resonate across the tech world, including through NVIDIA’s Blackwell AI platform named in his honor.

Despite these extraordinary contributions, Dr. Blackwell’s story remains largely unknown.

Game of Genius brings together the full scope of Dr. Blackwell’s life and work for the first time—revealing the historical, scientific, and human context behind the mathematics that powers how we interact with technology today.

Your donation will directly support the production of this film, including:
